Russ Adams

Russ fell in love with Raglan when he first visited from the UK. He was over the moon to finally move here with his wife in 2009, where they are now happy to be setlled and raising their two boys.  

Russ brings extensive property management experience as he has been part of the team here since 2010. He took over ownership of the rentals department with his wife Liza in 2024. His experience means he knows all about keeping a property well looked after. He is well known for his meticulous eye for detail, excellent communication skills, reliability, and delivering the highest standard of customer service. 

Russ is very practical in his approach, also bringing experience from previous roles in surveying, concreting, construction, event management and Airport work. Russ is a well-known and trusted member of the community and has developed an excellent rapport with the local tradesmen and maintenance teams. His priority is to ensure a property is well-kept, maintained, and cared for. 

Outside of work, Russ enjoys the lifestyle that living in Raglan brings. He is a keen surfer and can often be found checking the surf at dawn. He also loves fishing, yoga, and football. He is a proud Dad, traveling far and wide with his boys in search of NZ's best skateparks.
