Julie Hanna was born in 1954 and has a background in teaching. Along with her husband David owns Raglan Real Estate Ray White.Julie’s Passion is selling property and more recently has become one of only two lady auctioneers in the Waikato and the only licensed auctioneer in Raglan. Julie works hard along with her team of sales people and support staff. The results of extreme hard work has resulted in Raglan Real Estate being the most successful Real Estate agency in Raglan, maintaining a market share over the last 9 years between 50 and 60 % and Julie becoming a member of the Ray White Elite membership . Julie’s outlook on life and real estate is very much looking on the bright side of things, seeing the glass overflowing, making champagne when given lemons, to grow wiser, to view everyone who comes into her life as a teacher, and to laugh with others and at herself.
